1. What qualifies a Business Account?

Business license, or Business card displaying name with ID (DL, Gov’t issued ID, Passport, etc.) with emphasis in a "Green Industry" (Landscaping, Irrigation, etc.) 

2. Can I delay the shipping of my order?

Yes please call office at 727-347-2915 to delay order.

3. What forms of payment are accepted?
  • Online: Credit Card, Paypal
  • In-store: Credit Card, Cash, Check
4. How can I check the Status of my order?

Check the status by the order number provided in the follow up email.

5. When will my order ship?

Order will ship within 48 hrs (business days) or Less after payment is processed, if all items are in stock.

6. How do i know if my order has shipped?

An email notification will be sent when order is shipped.

7. What if I need to cancel my order?

Please call Office ASAP to cancel order, because if plants must be ordered to fulfill there will be a re-stocking charge after 24 hours of the original order.

8. Is there a fee for cancellations?

10% is charged for processing & re-stocking fees, if order has shipped already 10% plus the shipping fee will be charged.

9. How do I schedule day/ time for delivery?

After order has been confirmed we will email you or call you to schedule delivery time, so make sure contact information is accurate.

10. Plant or Tree is not on website?

We are currently uploading new product everyday, if there is something you need and don't see. Please give us a call at 727-347-2915 to verify availability and pricing.

11. Item is out of stock and need to order more?

Please call 727-347-2915 to verify availability, we have deliveries happening every week and will update out of stock items as soon as possible.

12. Cannot pick up items at scheduled pick up time?

Contact us at 727-300-2632 to change the pickup date if you cannot pick up the order at the originally scheduled time, because there will be a daily 10% stock holding fee applied for stock that must be held past the pick up date.
